Strong background in Insurance Sales, Insurance, and Insurance Brokerage Knowledge and experience in Finance and financial planning Excellent Customer Service skills, including communication and relationship-building abilities Ability to analyze client needs and propose tailored insurance solutions State-required insurance licensing or the willingness to obtain it Proficient in using insurance industry software and tools Highly organized and capable of managing multiple clients and priorities
