About The Role As an Area Leasing Consultant, you’ll drive occupancy by engaging prospective residents, showcasing our luxury apartment homes, and delivering an outstanding experience that turns prospects into residents.

Compensation & Commission

Hourly: Starting at $21.38 – $26.72 depending on experience, tenure, and location.

Bonus: Avg. monthly bonus potential of $1,000 – $1,500, with an average annual potential of $12,000 – $18,000.

Total Annual Compensation Potential: $56,470 ($44,470 base + $12,000 bonus)

$73,577 ($55,577 base + $18,000 bonus)

What You’ll Do

Engage potential residents, provide personalized tours, and highlight unique features.

Leverage sales expertise to convert leads into leases, meeting or exceeding goals.

Maintain a pipeline through follow‑ups, calls, and outreach.

Guide prospects through the leasing process, ensuring all needed information is provided.

Monitor market trends, track competitors, and adjust strategies based on data.

Collaborate on marketing, social media, and outreach to attract new residents.

What We’re Looking For

Strong sales background in leasing, retail, pharmaceutical, medical sales, hospitality, or real estate.

Closer’s mindset – identify opportunities, overcome objections, and seal deals.

Outstanding communication skills across diverse audiences.

Goal‑oriented drive and motivation by targets and incentives.

Tech‑savvy – CRM systems, property management software, or digital marketing experience is a plus.

Flexibility to work weekends (many prospects tour on Saturdays).

Saturday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities

Become an expert on our communities and local area to engage prospects.

Showcase model and vacant apartments, highlighting key features.

Implement follow‑up and closing techniques to maximize lease conversions.

Plan resident events and ensure high satisfaction through responsive service.

Use creative outreach (calls, emails, visits) to generate leads.

Assist with promotional programs, online advertising, and social media outreach.

Role Expectations

Master new sales strategies.

Work weekends to help prospective residents find a new home.

Stay organized and responsive to daily property needs.

Proficient in Microsoft 365; experience with Yardi and Funnel preferred.

Qualifications

1–2 years of sales experience in retail, hospitality, or multifamily housing.

Strong Microsoft Office skills; college degree preferred.

Compensation (Updated)

Hourly: Starting at $23.75 – $29.69.

Annual starting comp: $49,400 – $61,755.

Bonus: Avg. monthly bonus $1,000 – $1,500; avg. annual $12,000 – $18,000.

Total annual compensation potential: $61,400 ($49,400 base + $12,000 bonus)

$79,755 ($61,755 base + $18,000 bonus)
