Responsibilities
Overall responsibility for assigned company listings, start to finish (non-sales)
Direct interaction with the listing-side vendors
Qualifications
Real estate experience preferred, but not required
Strong Organizational Skills – Able to manage multiple listings, deadlines, and moving parts without letting anything fall through the cracks
Attention to Detail – Ensures accuracy in listing data, documents, and marketing materials
Excellent Communication Skills – Professional verbal and written communication with agents, clients, vendors, and internal staff
Process-Oriented – Understands the importance of following and improving systems for listing intake, preparation, marketing, and coordination
Customer Service Mindset – Prioritizes a positive client and agent experience throughout the listing process
Hourly Pay $20 hourly
