
The Director of Fixed Operations at Royal Oak Ford serves as the lead department manager overseeing the service, parts, and body shop departments. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient and profitable operations across these key areas, maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction, and driving continuous improvement within the fixed operations team. Experience with CDK Dealer Management System preferred but not required. Our current manager is retiring after 20 years so this is a rare opportunity.
