This role owns the commercial strategy of the company — including marketing, business development, and account management — and is accountable for building a predictable, high-quality pipeline of professional services work. The ideal candidate will mentor and develop our direct sales and marketing staff to peak potential.
The Director operates as a strategic partner to executive leadership, translating firm capabilities into compelling market offerings and building trusted relationships with developers, EPCs, owners, and partners.
