What You’ll Do

Position Summary

The Neighborhood Outreach Consultant (NOC) will be a pivotal member of the Neighborhood Engagement team and will contribute to the team’s collective effort to engage prospective patients over the phone and educate them on the unique benefits that Suvida has to offer. Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound marketing calls from prospective patients who are interested in learning more about Suvida Healthcare. Effectively communicate and educate prospects on the unique benefits and primary care experience that Suvida offers its patients. Assist Neighborhood Engagement team (sales team) in calling prospects they have met at sales events / community events to educate them on the Suvida model and assist in their journey to become a Suvida patient. Leverage Suvida’s CRM (Salesforce) to manage a pipeline, log current call activities, and create future task dates for prospective patient follow‑up. Collaborate with the broader Neighborhood Engagement Team to schedule prospects to attend local community events including health fairs, presentations at senior buildings, activities at churches, and any place where older adults may learn about Suvida’sservice offerings. Maintain working knowledge of insurance plans across multiple markets; Be comfortable verifying insurance with prospective patients. Call existing Patient to schedule upcoming appointments Call existing patients to assist with PCP changes Provide exceptional, compassionate customer service and their duties as assigned. Please note: Shift is typically an 8‑hour shift, Monday–Fridaybetween8:30am –6:00pmCST.May beoccasional weekends . What You’ll Bring

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Fluent in English and Spanish to serve patient language needs (Required). Great work ethic; Positive attitude and a team player mentality. EPIC personality (empathy, patience, integrity, and compassion); Highest degree of honesty, integrity, and fairness. Excellent interpersonal and problem‑solving skills. Must have the patience and ability to converse with members, their families and community partners. Motivated by performance‑based compensation and opportunity to provide better healthcare to adult population. Comfort with ambiguity and ability to proactively structure work and problem solve independently. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems. Consumer sales experience or similar experience in community outreach function. Experience in a target and commission driven position. Experience in Value Based Care or general health care and/or health insurance. Education, Experience, Licensure, or Certification Requirements
