Attorney - Financial Transactions (Commercial Lending)

Baird Holm LLP is seeking an attorney with 4+ years of experience to join and support the firm's commercial lending practice. This position offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated transactions alongside a collaborative, nationally recognized team.

Responsibilities

Serving as lead counsel on commercial loan transactions

Drafting and negotiating loan documents

Managing and mentoring junior attorneys

Conducting and overseeing due diligence

Coordinating and closing complex transactions

Experience with commercial and industrial lending is preferred.

Qualifications

Minimum of 4 years of relevant commercial lending experience

Strong academic credentials

Excellent writing, analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Demonstrated leadership ability and comfort working directly with clients

The successful candidate will be team-oriented, client-focused, and motivated to help grow the firm's commercial lending practice through relationship building and business development.
