We are seeking a high-impact Product Marketing Manager to own the positioning, packaging, pricing, and go-to-market strategy for our Registry and Clinical Data Curation portfolio. This role is critical to shaping how the market understands—and buys—our technology-first approach to clinical data management.

You will serve as the strategic connective tissue across Product, Operations, Commercial Enablement, Demand Generation, Marketing Communications, ensuring that market strategy, commercial execution, and delivery realities remain tightly aligned. This is a highly visible role with direct influence on commercial strategy in a healthcare organization that blends enterprise technology, AI-enabled workflows, and managed services.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead GTM planning and orchestration for launches, enhancements, and portfolio updates.

Ensure GTM plans translate from strategy → enablement → campaigns → sales → delivery without friction or rework. Work in lockstep with:

Operations to align delivery readiness, capacity, and implementation models with GTM plans.

Sales Enablement to develop playbooks, training, and field readiness.

Demand Generation to align GTM strategy with campaign planning, targeting, and funnel objectives.

Marketing Communications to ensure launches land with clarity, consistency, and external impact.

Define and evolve clear, differentiated positioning for registry and curation offerings across buyer personas and products.

Act as the steward of the product narrative, ensuring alignment across sales, marketing, and customer-facing teams.

Ensure modular, scalable packaging aligned to customer maturity, buying behavior, and expansion paths.

Collaborate deeply with Sales, Product and Operations to ensure packages are:

Operationally feasible.

Scalable and repeatable.

Clearly understood by delivery teams.

Review pricing and recommend needed evolution in partnership with Pricing Analyst, Operations leadership and teams, and Finance.

Ensure pricing reflects both market value and delivery economics, working closely with Operations to understand cost drivers and scalability.

Equip Sales Enablement with pricing narratives, ROI framing, and objection handling that support consistent value-based selling.

Serve as the expert on market dynamics, buyer needs, regulatory shifts, and competitive landscape within registries and clinical data.

Partner with Sales Enablement, Demand Generation, and Operations to translate insights into:

Competitive positioning and battlecards.

Campaign themes and offer evolution.

Delivery-informed roadmap and packaging adjustments.

Provide ongoing input into Product and Operations planning based on market feedback and commercial performance.

Required Abilities, Education, and Skills

5-7 years of experience in product marketing, GTM, commercial strategy, or adjacent roles (level dependent).

Demonstrated ownership of positioning, packaging, pricing, and launches in a B2B or enterprise environment.

Proven experience collaborating with:

Operations / Delivery teams.

Sales Enablement.

Demand Generation.

Marketing Communications.

Strong executive communication skills and cross-functional leadership presence.

5% Travel required.

Preferred Abilities, Education and Skills

Experience in healthcare technology, clinical data, registries, analytics, or services.

Background in SaaS, data platforms, AI-enabled products, or hybrid tech‑services models.

Experience supporting cross‑sell, portfolio selling, or complex enterprise GTM motions.

Exposure to high‑growth organizations.
