
Senior Director, Culture and Talent Development

The Senior Director of Culture and Talent Development leads high-impact strategies designed to accelerate growth by aligning the company’s values with its people's capabilities. This leader serves as a trusted advisor to the executive team, facilitating engagement strategies with a focus on talent optimization. This position leads a high-performing team to deliver innovative learning, performance, and cultural and value initiatives with passion and speed.
A day in the life as a Senior Director, Culture & Talent Development…
Support the company’s growth by designing solutions to develop, engage, and retain associates across all business channels and brands
Own the design and execution of company performance processes, including goal setting, feedback, and succession planning
Lead the delivery of engaging learning experiences—from core curriculum to function-specific programs—utilizing a blended approach (instructor-led, virtual, e-learning, and social learning)
Partner with the CHRO and business leaders to support large-scale change initiatives through impact analysis, strategic communications, and leadership coaching
Build collaborative relationships with HRBPs and executive leadership to ensure talent strategies are measurable and directly aligned with business objectives
Build forward-looking strategies that celebrate and reinforce company values, ensuring they are embedded into the daily associate experience
Integrate inclusive practices into the talent lifecycle (recruitment, development, and retention) to foster a culture of belonging. Lead and develop Employee Resource Groups
Develop and analyze a dashboard of cultural metrics and engagement data to monitor organizational health and consult on actions to address gaps
Work with HR peer leaders to ensure company policies, administrative processes, and internal communications reflect the desired corporate culture
Provide thought leadership to the Leadership Council, ensuring that cultural initiatives stay current with external trends and best practices

Proven ability to lead through change and ambiguity, influencing senior leaders without direct authority
Exceptional organization and project management skills; able to deliver results on time and within budget
Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to "read the room" and adapt style accordingly
Ability to translate qualitative cultural concepts into quantitative metrics and actionable outcomes

12+ years in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Talent Management, or DEI, including 5+ years of experience leading teams
Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred
Proven track record of developing leadership initiatives and executing cultural strategies that drive measurable results
