We are looking for a talented Sales Director - North America who will beresponsible for leading the Sales Team, initiating Business Development and Account Management initiatives and supporting services that create high quality and profitable business opportunities. The Sales Director leads a team and collaborates with the global sales team to reach business and sales objectives. Main Responsibilities:

Utilizes knowledge of target industries, equipment and business to drive sales of LINK production. Develops sales plans to increase sales effectiveness, developing new business along with maintaining and further developing existing business. Manage the North American Sales Team to ensure customer RFQs align with strategy and are addressed with enthusiasm and high quality. Utilizes technical knowledge of product offerings to support and build sales. Works in close collaboration with the Business and Technology Development Staff to achieve organic growth and pursue strategic growth initiatives. Assesses potential application of company products or services and offers solutions that meet customer needs. Research and presents reports showing potential customers the cost benefit of purchasing company products or services. Drive component sales, subscription and service upgrades utilizing a repeatable business process cascaded through the Sales Team. Establish lasting Customer Relations with all key Customers providing data that drives sales initiatives, es. Negotiate appropriate pricing for equipment, the services provided, customer-owned asset management and long‑term lease arrangements. Work closely with the North American and Global locations to identify and grow capabilities based on customer request and market demands. Maintain Sales Metrics supporting Business Strategies and growth opportunities. Ensure work is performed in a safe manner using all available safety equipment. All other related duties as assigned. Possess mental faculties consistent with performing the minimum requirements of the job. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. Minimum of 10 years of related experience in Sales Management. Minimum of 10 years of experience in Business Development and Account Management. Minimum of 5 years of experience in leading and managing Teams. Minimum of 5 years of experience with industrial equipment, with some military application preferred. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Proven ability to set strategy, effectively plan and execute strategy to successful outcomes. Technically competent in industrial equipment sales. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills. Global business experience managing customers and negotiations preferred Demonstrated leadership and customer centric focus. Ability to learn and manage ERP system. Good organizational and follow-up skills. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality. Ability to cultivate an excellent Customer Experience. Outstanding people skills and the ability to work with a wide variety of skill sets and personalities. Outstanding people and Team leadership skills including identifying talent and training, mentoring, and developing that talent to achieve individual and Team success. Ability to translate test procedures and customer requests into testing capabilities, workload, budgets, and timelines. Ability to analyze data from internal operations and to develop formulas and methods to determine job costing and pricing strategies. Physical Requirements:

Ability to walk. Ability to speak verbally and read in English Ability to see with corrective lenses. Ability to hear. Ability to lift up to 20 pounds. Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, reach, hand-eye coordination, and manual dexterity. Ability to use a computer. Able to work evenings and/or weekends as required.
