We employ physical, occupational, and speech therapists (also called, ‘speech and language pathologists’). Our therapists are part of our Medicare home health care team. Our clients and families often share positive testimonials about them, because our therapists Challenge the Limits (Core Value #2) and Empower People (Core Value #3) every day. As they assist clients who are recovering from a hospitalization and/or surgery, they help them envision their goals, and get them moving again. Ultimately, these clients gain their highest possible independence level. We believe that caring for others is a calling. Our caregivers are people who genuinely want to help others. Home care is a difficult job that is not for everyone. It requires knowledge, patience, and determination. At Cooperative, Our Team is Our Family (Core Value #5). We provide the training, communication support, and the personal protective equipment (“PPE”) our caregivers need to safely and confidently care for our clients. As a result, we see our caregivers’ Commitment to Cooperative (Core Value #4) as they assist clients to complete their daily living activities as independently as possible. One more thing: get ready to be appreciated, because we love to celebrate our caregivers! Our LPNs and RNs provide clinical leadership. You may be completing field visits for medication set‑ups, assessments, openings, discharges, and/or supervisory visits. As Cooperative accepts every type of home care funding, there are many different opportunities for our nurses, ranging from pediatric nursing to caring for a client celebrating their 100th birthday. We Empower (Core Value #3) our nurses to create a flexible schedule that is their best fit. Design one with a variety of visit types, or build a predictable, steady schedule. Every Cooperative team member must Pursue Growth (Core Value #1). This Core Value has many applications for each team member. Our Client Services Supervisors use communication as one way to help us grow. They build care plans with input from clients, their families, and our nurses. They thoughtfully create the right caregiver matches with every client, even if it takes several attempts. They share updates with families and referral sources. As they complete these tasks, our Client Services Supervisors create new business and employment opportunities every day. Cooperative employs experienced Account Representatives who are compassionate and have strong home care knowledge. We accept every type of home care funding. This quickly responding team helps ensure you access every funding source, before you pay out of pocket. Our administrative team includes operations, finance, and marketing departments.
