R26000428**Preferred Qualifications*** ## Candidates may live anywhere within the U.S., provided they are located near a major airport and comfortable with up to 75% travel.* ## Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field* ## 9+ years of experience managing large, complex, multi-million-dollar national or enterprise accounts across multiple customer segments.* ## 7+years of leadership experience building, mentoring, and retaining high-performing sales leaders while driving accountability, engagement, and professional growth.## **Job Summary**Leads enterprise-level sales strategy and relationship management for major national clients by developing and executing key account plans, negotiating complex contracts, guiding account teams, partnering cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and finance, analyzing market and performance trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction to drive sustainable revenue growth and profitability across strategic accounts.**Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities*** Leads and develops a team of sales leaders by driving financial results, ensuring consistent performance and behavioral standards, maintaining a strong internal and external talent pipeline, and supporting ongoing professional growth.* Cultivates C-suite and senior-level relationships with key decision-makers at major customers, industry partners, and GPOs through visible and active industry engagement.* Delivers financial performance by meeting or exceeding plans, managing P&L impact, overseeing complex bids, proposals, and contract negotiations, and maximizing ROI on customer and event sponsorship investments.* Collaborates cross-functionally to streamline communication, remove barriers, standardize processes, and support national account tools including Salesforce, Quarterly Business Reviews, and third-party ePro drivers.* Analyzes market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer data to inform strategy and identify new revenue and value-creation opportunities.* Strengthens brand awareness through strategic engagement with local, regional, and national industry organizations.* Coordinates proactively across verticals and with the contracts team to align on contract strategy, terms, and conditions while mitigating risk, protecting profitability, and maintaining competitive positioning.* Participates in long-range strategic planning by connecting multi-year business objectives to actionable initiatives.**Nature and Scope*** Problems are complex and may be defined by higher level leadership. Solutions require high strategic level analysis and investigation.* Drives strategy and methodology and serves as the subject-matter expert for policies and practices. Decides how to achieve planned results within an organization's plans, policies, and guidelines.* Manages via multiple layers OR directly supervises a staff of professional individual contributors at the senior or technical advisor level. Directs budgetary responsibility at the enterprise level or for two or more businesses across the enterprise.**Work Environment*** Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.* Most of the time is spent sitting in the same position or standing/walking and/or there is some requirement to lift or handle material or equipment of moderate weight (8-20 pounds).* Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.**Education and Experience*** Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline.
