The Senior Estimator is responsible for creating accurate, timely and competitive cost estimates for projects of various sizes and complexities. This role collaborates closely with project managers, operations teams and business development teams to review plans and specifications. It involves performing detailed quantity takeoffs, analyzing subcontractor and vendor pricing and assessing project risks and opportunities. The ideal candidate will have strong estimating experience, excellent analytical and communication skills and the ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously while ensuring consistent execution and overall profitability.
