
This leadership position is responsible for the oversight of the firm's Tulsa office including property management, engineering, brokerage, client relationships, business development and staff recruitment. This person will have P&L responsibility for the Tulsa office, preparation of annual budgets and review of monthly financial performance. This person will be one of four operating division heads and is included on the firm's Management Committee. Compensation will be a combination of base salary, annual performance bonus and a portion of the division's annual net income. The position reports to Ford Price, Managing Partner.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the Tulsa Business Unit.
Responsible for the staffing of and oversight of the Tulsa team.
Coordinate Tulsa with OKC team - accounting, engineering, IT, and HR.
Mentor and train real estate agents and property managers.
Ensure compliance with state and federal real estate laws.
Develop and implement marketing strategies.
Manage the financial aspects of the Tulsa Business Unit, including budgeting and accounting.
Assist agents in negotiating contracts with buyers and sellers.
Assist property managers in best practices, budgets, reporting, vendor contracts etc.
Assist agents and property managers in construction projects
Lead staff meetings (brokerage & PM) to discuss current affairs, strategies, coordinate activities.
Handle client concerns and disputes in a professional manner.
Oversee quality control in property management, engineering and brokerage
Foster a positive and inclusive company culture.
Establish and maintain relationships with other brokers and industry professionals.
Establish and maintain relationships with PM clients and knowledge of PM agreements.
Establish and work on business development for brokerage and property management.
Stay updated with real estate market developments and best practices.
