AsanSVP or VP, you will work with a wide range of clients, including corporate, association, nonprofit and issue advocacy, and support the work of the firm to create deliverables that are creative, strong, and will help meet clients’goal.
Responsibilities
Fully managing clients and client teams, including independently delivering strategic advice and expanding relationships with existing clients.
Serve as a digital, social media, strategy and analytics lead across accounts, working in concert with corporate communication and public affairs teams through their own outstanding client relationship skills
Develop and pursue new business opportunities
As digital ambassador, explain the intricacies of organic digital communications, analytics and social media to those who are not fully familiar with organic digital communications
Help clients better tell their stories and drive engagement with key audiences across digital channels
Proactively provide account teams with regular project status updates to ensure awareness and demonstrate progress toward meeting deadlines and KPIs
Be the voice for organic digital strategy and analytics on integrated retainer and project engagements while ensuring coordination with media relations and other earned media efforts
Develop and execute high-quality digital and social media deliverables including analytics & listening reports, content strategies/calendars, social media posts and other digital communications materials
Qualifications
Expert in organic digital strategy development and digital content creation for owned and creator/influencer channels
Demonstrated understanding and effective utilization of data analysis and insights, SEO, AI, audience segmentation and persona development
Proficiency with social media management tools and technology (i.e. Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Instagram, Hootsuite, Sprout, Bambu, SEMRush, etc.)
Minimum of 3 years of experience with TalkWalker, Meltwater, Cision, MuckRack, SEMrush, Google Analytics, or other digital & social media planning/measurement tool
Experience quantifying the impact of campaigns via holistic measurement and reporting across Paid, Earned, Shared and Owned channels
Proficiency in WordPress and Squarespace web design is ideal
Energetic self-starter and resourceful problem solver
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple ongoing activities and tasks simultaneously and prioritize work under pressure
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Benefits SKDK is committed to pay equity. SKDK believes the target base compensation in this role is$115,000-$120,000 for a VP position and $130,000-$150,000 for SVP. In addition to base salary, SKDK considers other key components as part of total compensation, including but not limited to commission on new business and a comprehensive benefits package. Actual base compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors, such as skillset, level of experience, and location.
SKDK provides a generous benefits package including excellent coverage for health, vision, and dental insurance premiums; paid parental leave; time off including vacation, holidays, and sick time; 401(k) with an employer contribution, reimbursement for cellular service, public transportation benefits, and additional benefits.
