Therapy Management, Inc. (TMI) is seeking a

full-time Therapy Program Manager (TPM) / Rehab Director

to lead the therapy department at

Riverview Jefferson , a busy and well-known skilled nursing facility located along the

Detroit River .

Does This Sound Like You?

You have experience in a skilled nursing facility environment

You are a licensed

OTR, COTA, PTA, DPT, or SLP

You understand both

short-term rehab and long-term care programming

and how therapy delivery impacts quality measures

You are proactive and attentive to changes, declines, and opportunities for improvement

You are comfortable building and sustaining a strong caseload

You enjoy collaborating creatively with nursing, administration, and the interdisciplinary team

You like attending facility meetings and being actively involved in building culture

You are a

positive, supportive mentor, coach, and teacher

You are organized, adaptable, and confident leading a team

About the Role As the

Therapy Program Manager , you will lead and support a multidisciplinary rehab team providing

physical, occupational, and speech therapy

services within the skilled nursing setting. This role allows you to use both your

clinical expertise and leadership skills

to shape a thriving therapy program.

You will oversee day-to-day rehab operations, manage scheduling and staffing, ensure compliance with company and facility policies, complete staff evaluations, and maintain strong communication with facility leadership. You will also report weekly to your Area Manager and provide in-service education to support ongoing interdisciplinary collaboration.

Strong communication, organization, and emotional intelligence are essential, as you will interact regularly with residents, families, and facility leadership.
