Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Salt Lake City, UT for a Customer Service Representative. Qualifications

A strong background in Customer Service and Customer Support

Experience in maintaining Customer Satisfaction and enhancing the overall Customer Experience

Proficiency in communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills

Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and work in a dynamic environment

Previous experience in customer-facing roles is an advantage

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in a related field are a plus

Strong knowledge of janitorial supplies or similar industries is beneficial
