All Year Cooling is searching for a full-time HVAC Sales Technician to join our Coral Springs team for a year‑round position. The role involves working 40+ hours per week for residential and light commercial air conditioning in the Naples and South Florida areas. You will receive expert technical support from service management and excellent dispatch teams.

Job Duties
Prepare proposals based on all labor, equipment and materials to complete the job properly and to the customer's satisfaction.
Provide HVAC solutions and designs to improve the customer's AC system.
Manage and sustain high levels of customer satisfaction. Communicate clearly and follow up promptly to customer inquiries.
Develop and maintain a customer base with referrals.
Perform daily work duties associated with the trade with little to no supervision in the field.
Qualifications
Technically knowledgeable in the installation and operation of heating, air conditioning, refrigeration and ventilating systems in residential homes.
At least 3 years of trade experience in installing, operating, maintaining and repairing HVAC equipment.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid Driver’s License.
Able to pass background check.
Skill equivalent to that acquired through completion of a refrigeration or air conditioning mechanic’s apprenticeship program required / trade school.
Ability to climb, operate, and work on ladders.
Possess an analytical and mechanical aptitude.
Comfortable working without supervision.
Must own and be able to properly operate hand tools, power tools, pressure gauges, vacuum pump, torches, etc.
Read mechanical drawings.
Ability to perform physical labor such as lifting or hauling.
Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
Compromised individual with good attitude, ready to fix issues.
Availability 6 days a week / nights / weekends (we are open 7 days a week).
