Responsibilities:
Working with the Cyber Line of Business (LoB), responsible for customer/teammate engagement, and strategy development, pipeline development and pursuit of opportunities
Identify and grow Invictus' presence in the following markets:
CNO focused Capability Development
Vulnerability Research (VR)
Reverse Engineering
Exploit Development
Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML)
Computer Network Defense (CND)
Risk Management Framework (RMF)
Cross Domain Solutions
Develop and grow the opportunity pipeline through timely identification and qualification of new business opportunities
Identify, develop, and maintain strong customer relationships with senior-level officials and IC program stakeholders
Identify key growth areas and develop new business aligned with corporate strategy
Lead and participate in gate reviews, capture activities, proposal color team reviews, pricing, and business case development
Work with the Cyber LoB operations team to develop and maintain an opportunity pipeline
Represent the team at Invictus business development meetings
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred, with a minimum of eight (8) years of experience in the intelligence community, with at least three (3) of those years directly conducting business development
Previous experience in the CNO market space required
Comfortable speaking within customer spaces and interacting with personnel on all levels
The ability to establish and maintain relationships as the "go to" partner for difficult problems within customer spaces
The ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into solution elements
Understanding of the competitive landscape and ability to "Blackhat" competitors
Extensive knowledge of government contracting, acquisition trends, and customer buying behaviors
The ability to manage a qualified pipeline of more than $1 billion
Ideal candidate will have an operational/mission background and experience
Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain and maintain a and SCI and CI polygraph
