Clinical Licensure:

Current RN license

in the facility's state is typically required.

Tech Adaptability:

Proficiency in Electronic Health Records (EHR)

and a strong aptitude for learning new AI-based healthcare applications.

Strategic Leadership:

Experience managing clinical budgets and leading teams through periods of organizational or technological change.

Typical Requirements

Experience:

At least 2–5 years

of supervisory experience in senior living, memory care, or a high-acuity assisted living environment.
