This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Manager based in Draper, UT. The Property Manager will oversee Tenant relations, Rent Collection, vendor payments, daily operations, including property maintenance, tenant relations, and lease management.
Key responsibilities include coordinating with maintenance and cleaning staff, managing leasing processes and renewals, enforcing lease agreements, addressing tenant concerns, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Budget management, financial reporting, and property marketing will also be critical aspects of this role.

Strong skills in Property Management, Lease Management, and Tenant Relations Experience in Budgeting, Financial Reporting, and Overseeing Property Maintenance Knowledge of Regulatory Compliance and Local Property Laws Excellent Communication, Problem-Solving, and Organizational Skills Leadership experience with the ability to manage and coordinate teams effectively Proficiency in relevant property management software and tools Prior experience in residential or commercial real estate management is an advantage Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
