Education Bachelor in Contract Management, Business Administration, law or related field

Months/Years of Experience Fifteen (15) years experience in Government contracts with five (5) years performing as contracting officer or corporate contracts management.

Required Qualifications U.S. Citizen.

Must be able to obtain a security clearance.

Experience in and full understanding of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and government acquisition processes.

Experience in all Cost Reimbursable and Fixed Price contracting to include: T&M, Fixed Fee Based, Incentive Fee Based, Award Fee Based, Term type, Completion type.

Experience in reviewing contract awards and contract modifications

Experience in approved purchasing systems and purchasing requirements as well as reps and certs

Experience in DCAA and DCMA audits and compliance

Experience in Teaming Agreements, NDAs, consultant agreements, subcontracts

Experience in interface to Contracting Officers

Experience in generation and submittal of CDRLS, including Contract Manpower Report

In-depth knowledge of compliance standards, audit processes, and government regulatory requirements is essential

Experience in supervising a contracts department.

The ability to work with other ASRI members in the execution of contracts.

Desired Qualifications

Experience in ACC-RSA Expedited Professional and Engineering Support Services (EXPRESS), GSA OASIS +, GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS), Navy Seaport NxG, standalone contracts, and more

Experience in CAS and FPRA

Experience in Deltek Costpoint and accumulation of costs

Experience in government contract proposals

Advanced degrees (such as an MBA or Juris Doctor) are preferred

Certifications such as Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) from the National Contract Management Association (NCMA) are highly desirable

Skills Needed Knowledge of Government Contracts, Deltek Costpoint

Duties A normal day would consist of communicating with the CFO, Program Manager, subcontractors and team leads to administering ongoing contracts. Working with Business Development and the proposal team to assure compliance with Proposals.

Comments Compliance with health mandates as dictated by the contract may be required as a condition of employment.
