THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING A LEAD RESIDENTIAL HVAC INSTALLER THE SCHEDULE: You typically work from
7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
or until the job is finished. During the summer, work usually finishes up between 5:30 and 7:30 PM. Occasional weekend work is required.
YOUR ROLE: As a confident and capable leader, you ensure that your team accurately installs various heating and air conditioning equipment in our customers' homes. With your strong communication and problem-solving skills, you lead seamless installations and check the equipment to ensure optimal performance.
LEAD RESIDENTIAL HVAC INSTALLER REQUIREMENTS:
2+ years of experience with copper brazing, low- and high-voltage wiring, and system replacements
2+ years of HVAC installation experienceAbility to install and fabricate duct board
Valid driver's license and a good driving record
