Position Summary Nampa Valley Helicopters has an immediate opening for a

Full-Time Customer Service Representative . This role serves as the primary point of contact for customer-related inquiries and represents the voice of the customer within NVH. The ideal candidate will ensure timely, accurate, and proactive communication with customers while supporting spare parts and service sales, order administration, and account management.

This is a

100% on-site position

based in Meridian, Idaho.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary customer contact for inquiries, orders, pricing, delivery status, and support

Promote the sale of spare parts and services through inbound and outbound phone and electronic communications

Provide proactive updates on order status throughout the acquisition cycle

Enter and manage customer orders in the MRP/ERP system and related databases

Support AOG (Aircraft on Ground) events, including weekend and after-hours coverage

Develop material forecasts for assigned customer accounts

Follow up on customer requests, resolve issues to closure, and identify up‑selling opportunities

Interface with internal departments including Procurement, Quality, Finance, and Production

Monitor customer sales activity and report trends to management

Support customer metrics by providing accurate and relevant data

Represent NVH with professionalism, integrity, accountability, and responsiveness

Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills

Proven customer service or customer support experience

Strong focus on customer satisfaction and relationship management

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Detail-oriented, dependable, and self‑motivated

Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow tasks through to completion

Strong problem‑solving skills with a customer‑focused mindset

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Experience with ERP systems (Quantum software preferred)

Prior aviation‑related customer support or sales experience is a plus

Aviation mechanical experience is a plus

Ability to work on‑site in Meridian, ID

Some travel may be required
