Our client company is looking for a detail-oriented

Client Service Specialist

who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering outstanding customer experiences. In this role, you’ll support customers and internal teams by managing high-volume orders with accuracy, urgency, and professionalism.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

Process purchase orders, quotes, order statuses, and returns

Communicate with customers and product specialists to ensure smooth order flow

Resolve inquiries quickly and follow requests through completion

Route incoming calls and adhere to established workflows

Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and customer experience

Here’s what you need to qualify:

Proficiency in Excel and Outlook

Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills

Customer service or administrative experience (preferred)

Typing speed of 50+ WPM

High-speed internet for a hybrid schedule

Here’s what you’ll be earning:

$49,910 base salary + $12,612 bonus target (paid quarterly)

~4 weeks PTO in your first full year
