Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Customer Service Representative in the Garden Grove, California office. The individual in this role serves as a key point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional support and ensuring timely resolution of inquiries via phone and email. This role also provides critical assistance to our Outside Sales team by responding promptly to requests related to quotes, purchase orders, and customer follow‑up, helping to maintain seamless communication and operational efficiency.

Job Functions

Assist customers with price quotes and accurately process purchase orders

Track orders and provide updates to customers at regular intervals or upon request

Assist with warranty claims and ensure timely resolution

Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved

Collaborate with Outside Sales Team to address customer needs

Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels

Maintain customer records by updating account information

Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is required

Excellent attention to detail, critical thinking, and analytical skills

Ability to work proactively and efficiently in a fast‑paced environment

Interacting professionally with others

Dedicated to excellent customer service

Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing

Ability to follow directions and collaborate effectively with a team

Preferred Job Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree preferred or comparable experience of 2+ years as a Customer Service Representative

Familiarity with CRM systems, RepFabric background is a plus
