Job Description We’re looking for an art‑led, creative leader who loves disciplined brand systems, can tell big, cinematic stories inside a clear visual world, and leads teams with kindness and clarity. You’ll help scale a beloved Quick Service Restaurant into a national brand—and in the process, level up our creative reputation.

You’ll effectively be the creative owner helping build into a national brand—leading TV and integrated work, defining the codes, and setting the visual and conceptual bar for years to come.

Our client is a fast‑growing QSR with a loyal fan base and unmistakable personality, entering a major evolution. This is a chance to build with a brand that has heart, cultural roots, and a massive appetite for fresh thinking.

Responsibilities

Lead the creative vision across TV, digital, social, activations, and brand systems.

Guide and inspire teams through concepting, brainstorming, and day‑to‑day creative development.

Shape and refine the brand’s visual identity, ensuring consistency across markets and channels.

Partner closely with Strategy and Account to strengthen briefs and connect creative to business goals.

Present work confidently to clients; give and receive feedback with clarity and kindness.

Oversee production from early concept through execution, maintaining high craft standards.

Collaborate across disciplines (media, production, social, PMO) to deliver integrated, cohesive work.

Mentor and grow creative talent; set clear expectations for art direction and creative excellence.

Continuously improve creative processes and help foster a positive, collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Digital Media Design, or Advertising/Portfolio school

15 or more years leading strong creative, conceptual work and teams

Strong portfolio showcasing art‑led brand systems, cinematic and conceptual storytelling, and 360 campaigns.

Experience in QSR, retail, LTOs, or food storytelling preferred.

Proven ability to lead high‑visibility productions, including broadcast and content shoots.

Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate insights into clear creative direction.

Skilled presenter with experience building trusted client partnerships.

Track record of mentoring teams and elevating creative craft.

Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Design, Digital Media, Advertising, or equivalent professional experience.

Experience contributing to new business pitches or wins is a plus.

Compensation Range: $159,000/yearly - $218,000/yearly. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third‑party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
