What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Coordinate customized temporary housing solutions for displaced policyholders
Serve as a key point of contact for policyholders, ensuring consistent communication and support
Conduct detailed market research to locate viable housing options
Negotiate lease terms and customize housing options to meet policyholder needs
Maintain accurate data in housing databases and support lease agreements
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university preferred
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or account management
Previous experience in insurance, temporary housing, corporate lodging, or real estate preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and multitasking skills
Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with property research and lease coordination
Familiarity with local rental trends and landlord regulations
Knowledge of insurance housing best practices
Proven ability to handle work-related stress effectively
Experience with CRM tools and data entry
