We’re Looking For We are seeking a Carrier Services Representative with experience in carrier communication, transportation support, and issue resolution.
You will be part of a Carrier Services team responsible for supporting carriers, monitoring load activity, and ensuring timely and accurate shipment updates.
You will be involved in managing delayed load communications, documenting carrier interactions, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to use your experience in customer service, problem-solving, and transportation operations support.
The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in customer service, logistics, transportation, or a related field.
You Are
Customer-focused. You prioritize positive interactions and work to build strong, professional relationships with carriers while ensuring their needs are addressed efficiently.
Detail-oriented. You carefully document information, track load activity, and ensure systems and records are accurate and up to date.
A strong communicator. You listen actively, respond clearly, and tailor your communication style to resolve issues and provide excellent service.
You Will
Respond to daily phone calls and emails from carriers regarding load status and issues
Monitor delayed loads and proactively obtain updates to ensure timely and safe delivery
Research carrier concerns, review prior correspondence, and coordinate with the appropriate internal teams for resolution
Document all carrier interactions and load updates accurately in company systems
Support carriers in learning how to independently manage and update their loads
Maintain knowledge of company procedures, products, and services
Escalate carrier issues requiring additional attention to management
Assist in monitoring team workflows to ensure documentation and load notes are properly entered
Where You Work Your work is performed as a Hybrid employee based out of our Mesa, AZ office, with a combination of in-office and remote work.
Must Have’s
High School Diploma or GED required
1–3 years of experience in customer service, transportation, logistics, or a related support role
Experience communicating professionally via phone and email
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
Ability to work independently with solid problem-solving and decision-making skills
Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, supervisors, and vendors
Nice To Have’s
Auction or vehicle transportation industry experience
Experience working with carrier or logistics management systems
Basic knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
