YOUR PAY $90,000-$115,000 + Profit Sharing Bonus

The company operates as two divisions, Decorative Finishing (DF) and Industrial Solutions (IS).

Position Objective The position of Channel Marketing Manager will oversee development of new product stories and support dealer and distributor channels while playing a vital part in shaping strategies that enhance the customer journey at every communication touchpoint. The Channel Marking Manager will use analytical skills, creative problem-solving, entrepreneurial spirit and core product-marketing toolkit to enhance digital advertising campaigns, optimizing product communication, and ensuring effective collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities Develop and lead marketing strategies to deliver customer‑centric, multi‑channel marketing campaigns to drive awareness, sales, and customer retention. Manage development of emerging sales channels by collaborating with Sales Managers to develop marketing strategy and execute deliverables to improve channel brand presence and profitability. Implement, analyze, and refine digital ad campaigns to boost brand awareness, drive website traffic, and increase conversions. Partner directly with Product Marketing, Tech/Customer Service and Field Sales teams to create traditional and digital programs that support the sale of company products through all sales channels. Analyze customer personas and channel segmentation to deliver the best customer experience. Manage external agencies and internal insights and analytic teams to leverage data and insights to inform media planning, areas for improvement, optimization, and future testing – all aligned against KPIs. Manage the new product launch plan by working with cross‑departmental teams including product management, marketing services, and sales to create a comprehensive launch plan. Create and write marketing communications connecting product and brand offering to channel customer needs. Develop and implement marketing strategies to support sales through indirect channels, like retailers, distributors, and Amazon. Build and maintain collaborative relationships with channel partners, providing them with training, resources, and support. Work with key trade organizations to enhance market penetration and industry relationships. Manage marketing and communication aspects of the MyTitan App/Web platform. Other duties as assigned.

Relationship To Others The Channel Marketing Manager will collaborate with multiple internal teams such as Sales, Product Management, and Tech Service. Frequent contact with other departments internally, as well as outside resources and customers to ensure marketing projects are properly executed.

Dimensions of Position The Channel Marketing Manager Marketing works independently and has the authority to determine the scope of a project and do what is required to ensure schedules are kept and deadlines are met all while staying within budget.

Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field; and 5+ years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience as determined by the hiring manager and Human Resources.

Preferred Qualifications Master’s of Business Administration

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Demonstrated cross-functional project management skills, required. History of providing excellent customer service to both internal and external clients. Must possess superior written and verbal communication skills. Extremely organized – With ability to keep multiple projects moving forward at once. Persuasion – persuading others to change their minds or behavior. Presentation – Understanding the audience and the story that needs to be shared using current technologies and styles. Ability to create the message, develop the presentation, and present effectively. Project Management – working with others to determine the scope of a project and completing projects on time and within budget.

Working Conditions Work is performed in a standard or home office environment which requires occasionally lifting articles such as file boxes or heavier materials with help from others and/or lifting and carrying light objects frequently. A job is in this category may require walking or standing to a significant degree or may involve sitting most of the time with long periods of computer work and phone usage. This position is hybrid, averaging 2-3 days per week in the office.
