Job Description
Hands‑on experience and familiarity with Smart Plant 3D, and software that exchanges data from S3D. Role will include attending model reviews for design changes and coordinating with engineering project managers in the Houston‑based office, and facilitating changes with the team overseas in a high‑value center. Must be capable of making changes on Smart Plant 3D independently based on changes requested by the Houston‑based engineering team and communicating changes efficiently to the team overseas.
S3D (Smart Plant 3D) Designer
Schedule: 40 hours per week
Location: Downtown Houston, in person
Requirements
Familiarity with a minimum of one of the S3D disciplines: Piping, Structures, Civils, Electrical, or Instrumentation.
Career experience in 3D modeling and CAD‑based software is required.
Experience in ISO drawing generation and BOM development required.
Knowledge of industry codes and standards for applicable disciplines.
