
Director of Accounting

Key Responsibilities
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
Oversee internal controls, compliance, and external audits
Manage fixed assets, payroll oversight, cash flow, and account reconciliations
Direct accounting for U.S. government contracts and grants
Lead ERP upgrades and accounting process improvements
Develop, mentor, and retain a high-performing accounting team
Partner with senior leadership to support financial strategy and sound decision-making
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance;
CPA required
8+ years of accounting experience with 2+ years in leadership
Working experience in a robust ERP is a plus
