What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Support operational needs of the Sales team through quota maintenance, territory alignment documentation, and user provisioning
Analyze data and develop reports to identify insights that enhance commercial performance
Maintain comprehensive reporting on key performance indicators and business outcomes
Redesign processes within Sales and the broader commercial organization to improve efficiency
Collaborate with Software/Product Management teams to define business requirements for internal tools, including Salesforce.com
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree with 0–2+ years of professional experience (including internships) or 4+ years of relevant experience
Interest or experience supporting B2B SaaS or high-tech customer organizations; experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data management and presentation
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with BI or reporting tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server or Snowflake
Interest or experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or business analytics
