Cali BBQ Media produces high-volume podcasts and video content for our own media brands and for partners across restaurants, hospitality, and B2B tech.
We’re hiring a Video Production & Publishing Coordinator to keep our content machine running smoothly — from production through publishing.
This role is about coordination, execution, and follow-through.
What You’ll Do
Coordinate video deliverables across podcasts, sponsors, and client projects
Manage timelines between filming, editing, approvals, and publishing
Serve as the internal bridge between production, publishing, and client success
Track deliverables across platforms (YouTube, social, client portals)
Ensure correct formatting, naming, and publishing specs are followed
Support sponsor and client content delivery alongside the Client Success team
Keep projects moving without chasing people unnecessarily
Who This Is For
Experience in video production, media operations, or content project management
Extremely organized and detail-oriented
Understands YouTube, podcasts, and short‑form content workflows
Comfortable working with creatives while keeping deadlines intact
Calm under pressure and solutions‑oriented
Role Details
