Social Media Content Creator (Reels Specialist)

We are looking for an experienced, highly creative Social Media Content Creator to join our team and drive engagement across our digital platforms. This role focuses on short-form video content production using existing assets, with a strong emphasis on strategic editing, platform optimisation, and performance-driven publishing.
Key Responsibilities
Produce and edit 3 high-quality reels daily using existing content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, tone, and visual identity.
Publish content across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Reels, and TikTok with platform‑optimised formatting.
Develop data‑driven titles, captions, and copywriting designed to maximise reach, engagement, and audience interaction.
Implement best practices for short‑form video including hooks, pacing, subtitles, trending audio, and retention optimisation.
Monitor performance analytics and continuously refine content strategy based on engagement metrics.
KPIs & Success Metrics
Increased engagement rates across platforms (likes, shares, saves).
Primary KPI: growth in meaningful audience interaction, particularly comments.
Consistent posting cadence and measurable improvements in content performance.
Requirements
Proven experience in social media content creation and video editing (short‑form preferred).
Strong understanding of platform algorithms, trends, and audience behaviour.
Proficiency with editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, or equivalent).
Ability to repurpose existing assets creatively while maintaining brand consistency.
Analytical mindset with experience using social insights to inform content decisions.
Excellent copywriting skills with a focus on engagement‑driven messaging.
Desirable Skills
Experience scaling brand accounts through organic content.
Familiarity with content scheduling tools and analytics dashboards.
Creative storytelling ability combined with a performance marketing mindset.
