Job Description Your Impact and Responsibilities:

Manage daily posting and channel upkeep across brand social platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Threads, X, and YouTube

Support planning and updates for the @raisingcanes and @toddgraves content calendars

Assist with copywriting and content creation, including photoshoots and collaborations with agency partners

Partner with the Creative Team to ideate and capture trend-based, food-focused, and social-first content

Support social reporting, including performance analytics, insights, and sentiment monitoring

Handle channel maintenance tasks such as profile updates, bio links, and information page housekeeping

Manage social requests from local teams, including publishing, boosting, and coordinating agency needs

Support community management by engaging with customers, monitoring sentiment, and escalating issues when appropriate

Identify user-generated content for brand use and secure necessary permissions

Execute surprise-and-delight initiatives and coordinate communication with giveaway recipients

Travel Requirements

Up to 25%

Qualifications Required Qualifications

2-3 yeas of agency or client-side social media management experience

Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or related field

Proven experience managing major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube) and familiarity with scheduling and reporting tools like Sprinklr

Strong writing, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work quickly under time constraints

Detail-oriented, strong organization skills, and flexibility to work weekends, holiday, early mornings, and evening

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word

Preferred Qualifications

Interest in popular culture, including sports, music, and entertainment
