Role Overview The B2B Sales Representative is responsible for developing and managing corporate partnerships that drive bulk pre-paid wash sales and discounted membership programs. This role focuses on local dealerships, businesses, property managers, and organizations looking to offer car wash benefits to employees, customers, or manage vehicle fleets efficiently.

This is a

heavily commission-based sales role

designed for a motivated, self-driven salesperson who wants strong earning potential tied directly to performance. This role rewards hunters who can build relationships, close deals, and grow recurring revenue.

Key Responsibilities Business Development

Prospect and engage local businesses, dealerships, apartment communities, and organizations

Identify opportunities for bulk wash packages, employee benefit programs, and fleet memberships

Build and manage a consistent outbound sales pipeline

Sales and Partnerships

Present Woodie’s Wash Shack B2B programs including pre-paid wash bundles, employee benefit memberships, and fleet plans

Customize volume-based pricing and partnership structures

Negotiate and close new B2B accounts

Account Management

Maintain and grow existing B2B relationships with a focus on expansion and renewals

Identify upsell opportunities within active accounts

Collaboration and Reporting

Track leads, pipeline, and closed deals in CRM or tracking tools

Collaborate with marketing and operations teams as needed

Ideal Candidate Experience

2 plus years of B2B sales experience preferred

Experience selling commission heavy or performance-based roles is a plus

Proven ability to prospect and close without heavy inbound support

Skills

Comfortable with cold outreach and in person meetings

Compensation and Earnings

Small base or draw optional depending on experience

Uncapped commission on new B2B sales

Ongoing commission on renewals and active memberships

Mileage reimbursement or vehicle allowance

Success Metrics

Revenue generated from B2B partnerships

Number of new accounts closed

Active memberships and wash volume sold
