Amphenol Pcd is looking for a

Distribution Manager

who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and has a passion for building and strengthening channel partnerships. In this role, you’ll take the lead on driving distribution strategy, resolving escalations, and leveraging point-of-sale and inventory data to fuel growth. This is a high-visibility position that plays a key role in shaping how our products reach customers around the world.

Essential Functions

Assist in forecasting and achieving monthly distribution order and revenue goals.

Analyze sales trends, POS data, and inventory usage to support strategic decision‑making.

Schedule, prepare, and present business reviews with channel partners.

Create and present distribution‑related content for operational reviews, budget planning, and strategic meetings.

Act as the escalation point for distribution‑related pricing, delivery, and strategy matters.

Maintain standard price lists and respond to special pricing requests from customers.

Track and maintain Long Term Agreements (LTAs) with partners.

Support customer and sales inquiries with general product knowledge of APCD products.

Build and strengthen relationships with Amphenol Sales and Distribution partners through regular training and site visits.

Participate in internal Amphenol distribution meetings at the group and corporate levels.

Maintain and enhance branch‑level relationships through collaboration with Regional Distribution Sales Managers (RDSMs) and regular in-person or virtual visits.

Additional duties as assigned.

Required Skills / Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in distribution, account management, or sales operations.

Self‑motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent time management and follow‑through with a strong sense of urgency.

Effective interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

Ability to work cross‑functionally and collaborate across all levels of the organization.

Required Education

Associate’s degree required (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
