Job Description We are a state-of-the-art manufacturer of ultrasonic equipment seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Administration Manager to join our growing company.

The Position:

Serving as a true extension of the sales team while leading a customer‑focused sales administration and customer service function, this role supports sales growth, strengthens distributor relationships, and ensures consistent, high‑quality customer experience across direct and distributor sales channels. The Manager will supervise the daily operations of a small team of Customer Service & Sales Support Administrators and lead, manage, and direct all customer service activities. In this role, you will:

Act as an extension of the sales team, supporting daily sales activities and enabling sales growth

Lead, coach, and develop a sales administration and customer service team supporting direct and distributor channels

Establish customer service standards, workflows, and communication practices that deliver consistent customer experience

Own sales administration processes from quotation through order entry and invoicing

Maintain accurate data and reporting using ERP systems and CRM tools

Strengthen distributor relationships and enhance long‑term customer loyalty

Serve as the escalation point for customer and distributor issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution

Coordinate closely with manufacturing, engineering, logistics, and finance teams

Drive continuous improvement in sales support and customer service processes

About You:

Proven experience leading teams and driving a customer‑first culture

Experience in a customer service or sales administration leadership role within a manufacturing environment

Strong working knowledge of ERP systems

Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills

Ability to manage, motivate, and develop teams in a busy, deadline‑driven environment

Customer‑centric mindset with the ability to balance service, accuracy, and commercial priorities
