As a Mossy Sales Consultant, you will sell new and pre‑owned vehicles and products while achieving unit volume quotas, gross profit goals and client satisfaction objectives.
Employees in this position will be paid a base hourly wage of $18 per hour to $20 per hour, plus bonuses if achieved. Bonus amounts vary based on performance; however, they are equivalent to a maximum hourly wage of $25 per hour based on individual performance.

Experience in the automotive sales industry is a huge plus.
Great attitude with a high‑energy personality.
Available to work flexible hours.
Someone ready to hit the ground running on learning new product details.
Fantastic communication skills with your customers.
Professional, well‑groomed personal appearance and work attire.
Clean driving record and valid CA driver’s license.
Willing to submit to a pre‑employment background check and drug screen.
Primary Responsibilities:
Establish daily, weekly, and monthly prospecting and sales goals, prioritizing, organizing work and productive results, and utilizing time effectively.
Build relationships and create customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
Be a vehicle expert. Know the ins & outs of product offerings, optional packages and latest technology and aftermarket products and services.
Perform high‑quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
Follow up with buyers to ensure referral business.
Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations, complying with all company, DMV, state, and federal requirements.
Directly report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
Bring your ‘A Game’ and a positive attitude with you every day.
Efficiently close sales to attain optimal gross profit; properly compute financial aspects of sales transactions.
Consistently follow up after sales to assure client satisfaction and an opportunity for additional sales and more return purchases.
