Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of residential HVAC field experience
CFC, EPA, and NATE certifications preferred
Valid driver’s license
Clean, professional appearance with a positive attitude
Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast‑paced environment
Proficiency with sheet metal and ductwork
Vocational school degree or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
Complete quality HVAC installation jobs on or under budgeted labor hours
Educate clients on system operation, available programs, and ensure complete satisfaction
Follow company procedures to improve efficiency in sales and installations
Maintain cleanliness of job sites, company vehicles, and assigned areas
Assist warehouse personnel with pulling jobs and parts as needed
Maintain and utilize required tools and equipment for installations
Keep all required certifications current and maintain insurability under company policies
Process and complete all paperwork daily
Maintain strong safety practices on job sites, in company vehicles, and in the warehouse
