Proficiency in Javascript/Typescript and Golang is also highly valued.* Strong understanding of Language Models (LLMs), transformers, agentic frameworks, vector stores, and search algorithms.* Experience with relevant frameworks such as Spring (AI, Boot, Core, etc.), N8N, Flask, LangChain, LangGraph, ADK, and MLFlow.* Proficiency in database technologies, such as Oracle, Postgres, or MongoDB.* Experience with messaging and integration platforms like Kafka or JMS/MQ.* UI development skills with technologies such as React JS, Gradio, StreamLit.* Experience designing and implementing REST and WebSocket APIs.* Familiarity with one of the major cloud platforms including AWS, GCP, or Azure/* Strong knowledge of infrastructure tools, including Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Helm.* Experience with build and deployment (CI/CD) tools such as Jenkins and Gradle.* Good engineering experience with high-performance, large-scale AI/ML systems.* Experience in model risk management, guardrails development, and developing end-user adoption pathways for AI/GenAI solutions.**General Experience & Qualifications**:* A minimum of 15+ years of professional experience in financial services.* Strong hands-on experience with Agile delivery, product management, and value stream methodologies.* Proven track record in producing high-quality project artifacts and senior management reports within technology or risk & controls domains.* Demonstrated ability to structure and lead product working groups, driving consensus on requirements and facilitating the development and implementation of processes, data, and system designs.* Motivated self-starter with the ability to quickly learn new skills and effectively navigate complex organizational structures.* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Engineering is required; a Master's degree is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
