Drive revenue growth by generating new business opportunities andexpanding existing accounts.

Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and webinars toshowcase capabilities.

Convert leads into closed deals, achieving monthly, quarterly, andannual sales targets.

Growing global bookings and revenue.

Take personal responsibility for finding new customers throughnetworking, lead follow-up, cold calling, etc.

Thoroughly understand each business line within your designatedcustomers and navigate the organization effectively in order to identifyopportunities to extend the Salesforce solution and help organizations solvecritical problems in other segments of the organization.

Strategic account planning. Develop plans and resourcerequirements to drive our existing customers to upsell and add new products. Analyze and measure account plans for customer and company success.

Effectively identify prospective customer “mobilizers” and buildconsensus among key stakeholders.

Manage complex sales cycle within new clients by mappingcustomer’s decision-making and approval processes, compressing timelines,negotiating contracts, and closing business deals.

Work closely with the marketing, customer success, and productteams to align sales strategies and improve product offerings based on clientfeedback.

Provide input into product development based on client requestsand market trends.

Travel to client sites, networking events, industry conferences,and trade shows as needed to build relationships and generate businessopportunities.

Requirements Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development.

Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Strong consultative selling and relationship management skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-pacedenvironment.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of the industry and product portfolio.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales metrics andclient data.

Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

Willingnessto travel for client meetings, networking events, and trade shows
