Sales Executive / Business Development (Enterprise Partnerships) 100% Commission | Uncapped | Brands, Agencies, Enterprise Role

Own new logo growth for Digital Factory. This is a hunter role for a proven B2B seller who can run the full cycle—prospecting & close—and win in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

THIS POSITION WILL ENTAIL: What You’ll Do

Source and close new enterprise, brand, and agency partnerships

Own discovery, solution positioning, pitching, negotiation, and close

Build and manage a qualified pipeline aligned to revenue targets

Engage senior decision-makers across Marketing, Talent, DEI, Media, and Procurement

Partner with leadership/internal teams for clean handoffs and successful launches

Smooth onboarding transition for new clients

DESIRED SKILLS QUALIFICATIONS Requirements

5+ years B2B sales / BD / partnerships

Track record closing mid‑market to enterprise deals

Experience in SaaS, platforms, analytics, media, or digital services (preferred)

Strong consultative selling, presentation, and negotiation skills

Compensation

100% commission, uncapped (new deals + renewals)

Optional commission + draw may be available based on experience

Work Setup

Remote / flexible

1099 or employee (TBD)

U.S.-based preferred
