In this role, you will predominantly be working as a member of our production team supporting the creation of our

Movie Platforms . This position covers the successful day-to-day creation of official movie websites and extension products, where you will be supporting our team in ensuring projects are on track and built out to the highest standard. You will be expected to develop and drive a disciplined approach to tasks while supporting team members throughout a project’s lifecycle. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for UX‑driven design and a proven track record of technical problem‑solving. You will use HTML and CSS to elevate website layouts and utilize Sketch and Premiere Pro to craft high‑quality imagery and AV assets. From initial build and showtimes data management to QA debug, domain setup, and SEO development, you will be the guardian of the site’s quality. We are looking for an adaptable, proactive individual who is comfortable learning new technologies independently while handling multiple workstreams to deliver world‑class online destinations for the entertainment industry.

Responsibilities

Creative Content & Asset Creation

Asset Production: Create and prepare high‑quality imagery and AV assets specifically for web use

Design Tools: Utilize Sketch for web design/image manipulation and Premiere Pro for video/AV content

Creative Eye: Maintain a high standard of aesthetics, ensuring all visual content aligns with the movie’s branding and overall design direction

CMS Website Management

CMS Management: Support the end‑to‑end build process of movie websites via the native CMS, ensuring content is updated across all campaign milestones

Front‑End Elevation: Use HTML and CSS to style and elevate the look and feel of web pages beyond standard templates

Tracking & Deployment: Manage and deploy tracking scripts, including Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (GTM) container codes

Showtimes & Data Management: Manage the integration and accuracy of showtimes data and theater information, ensuring users have seamless access to local ticket‑booking options

Process Optimization: Identify and implement efficiencies to streamline the website build and update process

Quality Assurance

Comprehensive Testing: Conduct thorough QA on functionality, user experience, and cross‑device compatibility to identify and resolve any issues

Content Integrity: Review all assets for legibility, verify release details, and perform meticulous copy proofreading

Showtimes Verification: Conduct rigorous testing of showtimes modules to ensure all theater data is pulling through correctly and that deep links to third‑party ticketing sites are fully functional

Standards Advocacy: Uphold industry best practices and client expectations to ensure every delivery is “pixel‑perfect.”

Bug Resolution: Collaborate with the wider team to establish testing protocols and ensure effective resolution of any flagged issues

Time Management & Communication

Workflow Management: Manage individual deadlines, assets, and project milestones to ensure timely delivery

Stakeholder Updates: Provide consistent, proactive updates to Project Managers regarding progress and roadblocks

Risk Mitigation: Actively flag missing information or potential technical issues early in the production cycle to prevent delays

Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

Background

Experience: 1‑3 years of experience in a digital production, web design, or content management role

Industry Knowledge: Experience in the entertainment or film industry is a significant plus

Ability to work independently in a highly organized manner

Ability to listen well and communicate effectively, orally and in writing with various audiences

Ability to create and maintain positive and collaborative team environment

Technical & Creative Proficiency

Design: Experience using the Adobe Creative Suite and other design software, with an emphasis on Photoshop, Indesign, and Sketch

Video Editing: Hands‑on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, specifically for optimizing and exporting AV assets for web deployment

Technical: Proven experience working within a native or third‑party Content Management System to build and maintain web content

Front‑End Basics: Working knowledge of HTML and CSS with the ability to manually tweak styles and layouts to achieve a premium look

Data & Tracking: Familiarity with Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics to ensure campaign performance is accurately tracked

Quality & Detail Orientation

Precision Execution: Exceptional attention to detail; able to input complex data and content into a CMS quickly without sacrificing accuracy

Design Eye: Confidence in applying core digital design principles to a wide range of creative briefs, ensuring brand consistency across various movie titles

Rigorous QA: A “pixel‑perfect” mindset when reviewing assets, copy, and functionality before a site goes live

Time Management & Communication

Agility: Ability to “shift gears” and reprioritize tasks quickly in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment with daily deadlines

Organizational Spirit: A genuine passion for efficiency, with the ability to manage multiple high‑pressure projects simultaneously

Global Collaboration: A proactive team player comfortable working across different time zones and communicating effectively with remote stakeholders

Reporting: Strong verbal and written communication skills to provide clear status updates and flag potential risks to Project Managers

Salary

Dependent on experience, $57,000.00 per year - $72,000.00 USD per year
