About the Role Firebird is seeking a Digital Marketing Project Coordinator reporting to the Digital Project Manager, to support and execute digital marketing initiatives across the company’s business units and those of partner record labels, management teams, and music publishers.

This individual will be an integral member of the Digital Marketing team and provide operational and project administration prowess to

drive measurable impact across the broad spectrum of digital and marketing needs including content marketing, audience building, release planning, and artist development.

The most qualified candidate will have experience working directly with artists and managers, a strong working background and foundation rooted in digital marketing and social media, exceptional attention to detail, the ability to think quickly and clearly, and the grit and determination to get the job done punctually and professionally.

Key Responsibilities Team Support & Project Administration

Support the marketing team through lifetime of campaign

Organize and manage marketing and brand campaigns from planning through execution

Building and tracking timelines

Coordinating internal stakeholders and ensure deliverables stay on schedule

Partnership & Tastemaker Marketing

Creator database and repository organization

Relationship building and management across multiple types of verticals

Campaign management and reporting

Coordinate payment and invoicing process with external vendors and agencies

Content & Asset Development

Understanding the needs of partners, managing workflows, sourcing assets, getting approvals

Organization across Firebird Label Services, PortCos, management teams and key stakeholders

Creative asset ideation around marketing campaigns

Qualifications

1-3 years working in digital and marketing for a record label, management company, promoter or other music industry adjacent business

Unparalleled written and communication skills

Demonstrated ability to thrive in collaborative and fast paced work environments

Capacity to successfully support teams in digital marketing and operational efforts

Track record for creating and generating documents and resources imperative for the success of campaigns and plans

Self-motivated and proven history of working autonomously

Experience with Photoshop, CapCut, Final Cut, iMovie and other photo/video editing software

Knowledge and previous use of social media monitoring platforms, content management systems, CRM services, and industry specific tools

Proficient in Canva and Google Workspace (notably Excel/PowerPoint and Sheets/Slides)

Work with integrity, respect, and persistent energy and enthusiasm with Firebird core teams and portfolio partners

Principled in approach to do what is best for the artists and teams we support and represent

Must love music.
