
We're looking for a results-driven Senior SEO & CRO Specialist to lead and execute strategies that increase high-quality organic traffic, improve search visibility, and drive meaningful conversions across our digital properties. You’ll be our in‑house expert on all things SEO, UX, and performance optimization — from technical audits and keyword strategy to Core Web Vitals, link‑building, spam protection, and CRO experimentation.
SEO Strategy & Execution
Conduct in-depth keyword research to inform content and product strategy
Perform regular technical SEO audits and implement fixes
Improve Core Web Vitals, mobile responsiveness, and page speed
Optimize website crawling, indexing, and internal linking structure
Manage robots.txt, sitemaps, canonical tags, hreflang, and site architecture
Monitor and react to Google algorithm updates
Off-Page SEO & Link Building
Develop and manage a white-hat link-building strategy
Identify and disavow spammy backlinks and harmful domains
Conduct competitive backlink analysis and outreach campaigns
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
Lead and execute A/B tests, heatmap analysis, and funnel optimization
Reduce bounce rate, optimize CTAs, forms, and high‑traffic landing pages
Collaborate with UX/design/product teams to improve user experience
Analytics & Reporting
Build and maintain reports in GA4, Search Console, and Looker Studio
Track key SEO metrics (rankings, CTR, traffic, CVR, page speed, etc.)
Tie SEO + CRO efforts directly to revenue and conversion goals
Platform & Security Oversight
Block spammy traffic, bot attacks, and fake referrals
Configure WAF, bot filters, and IP-based protections (via Cloudflare or similar)
Work closely with developers and security to protect SEO health
