Responsibilities
Oversee machine purchasing for stock and customer orders
Process machine customer orders and manage documentation for post-order fulfillment
Order third-party accessories and schedule delivery and installation of same
Coordinate with AE and Service teams to determine schedule of installations and trainings
Generate weekly reports for sales activity
Maintain and distribute weekly stock lists to sales teams and dealers
Customize and maintain Salesforce CRM for the sales organization
Support implementation and rule configuration for new CPQ quoting tools system
Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and data integrity
Qualifications
Experience as Salesforce Admin a plus
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Advanced Excel/data management and CRM/ERP experience
Excellent organizational and project coordination skills
Self-motivated, analytical, and comfortable working independently
Collaborative with internal stakeholders and external dealers/customers
Salary and Benefits The salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
