ESSENTIAL TASKS:

Drive Revenue Growth: Generate revenue by offering CLS products and services to business prospects, aligned with the established marketing plan and achieving sales quota targets.

Lead Development: Identify and qualify leads within the assigned territory using cold‑calling techniques and strategic lead generation methods.

Market Research: Conduct market analysis to gather insights on potential customers and relevant industry trends.

Customer Engagement: Meet with prospective clients to present CLS’s offerings and demonstrate available products.

Onboarding New Customers: Manage the onboarding process for new customers, including entering initial orders and preparing agreements.

Delivery Coordination: Collaborate with new customers and route sales representatives to ensure smooth initial deliveries.

CRM Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date customer and prospect notes in HubSpot CRM for effective account management and future opportunities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Microsoft Office Skills – competent in all applications (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Self‑Management Skills – hold themselves personally responsible for activity and sales goals; able to research the necessary information needed to perform at high level.

Ability to lead and Work Ethic – possesses a strong willingness to work hard and sometimes long hours to get the job done and always has a positive attitude while doing so.

Communication – speaks and writes clearly.

Organization/Planning – plans, organizes, schedules their own daily communications and holds themselves accountable.

Attention to Detail – does not let important details slip through the cracks; understands and is able to convey the proper information needed for smooth work transition.

Honesty/Integrity – earns trust and maintains confidence.

Follow Up – lets nothing go undone or incomplete; follows up on work to ensure perfection and timely execution.

Teamwork – reaches out to peers and cooperates with supervisors to establish an overall collaborative working relationship.

Flexibility/Adaptability – works well under stress and is able to effectively communicate and problem solve with Sales Representatives and Management.
