About the Role
Insurance job opening in the San Antonio metro for an experienced
Commercial Insurance Account Executive
with a large independent agency that is looking to add to a dynamic team of account service members in their Property and Casualty division. The ideal candidate will have a balanced mix of strong technical knowledge in the insurance industry and ability to sit in front of the C‑suite for presentations, renewals, strategy meetings, and more.
Duties & Responsibilities
Daily management of an assigned book of business
Interaction with internal and external stakeholders, vendor partners, and client contacts
Work closely with sales team and executive leadership to create long term client retention and overall satisfaction
Marketing to carriers with strong knowledge of markets in regards to designated risk categories
Build in‑depth relationships with clients and prospects alike to provide world‑class client service, insurance expertise, and ongoing consultation to create successful insurance programs
Create policy forms and work with carrier partners on underwriting guidelines
Skills & Experience
8-10 years of professional experience working with large‑scale commercial lines property and casualty products and services
Professional designations such as CPCU, CIC, ARM, etc. strongly preferred
Compensation, Benefits, & Perks $100-120,000 + full benefits package + hybrid schedule
